If you do not have experience, but have the motivation, personality, and teamwork characteristics, we also encourage you to apply as you will receive all the necessary training.We have locations in Asia and Europe that produce various parts for battery operated tools, automobiles, cellular phones, and solar equipment.Some of Our Culture:CollaborationOn-the-job trainingGrowth opportunitiesEmployee RecognitionSafe work environmentCasual work attireInternational workforceSafe work environment Responsibilities:Responsible for loading/unloading trucks utilizing fork trucks and/or pallet jacks.Loads and transports materials, supplies, and finished goods using proper equipment throughout a warehouse environment and onto the production floor.Prepares and maintains records of materials received and shipped including dates of transactions, locations, and other pertinent information.Receives, prepares, distributes, and stores products as directed in designated, secure locations.Reviews shipments for quality and accuracy; reviews accompanying documents for accuracy.Collects and disposes of scrap, cardboard, and strapping; maintains a safe and clean environment.Support SH America and coworkers by performing work duties safely, accurately, and efficiently.Work collaboratively with the Production and Quality Managers to ensure our needs are met.Always be aware of their responsibilities and ensure effective, timely, professional communication, and collaboration with coworkers with a positive attitude for teamwork.Complete work duties, assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.Performs other related duties as assigned. Skills:Forklift License/Certification and/or Forklift ExperienceStrong warehouse, production, manufacturing aptitude is helpfulMultitasking abilityWorking in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with manufacturing environment processes and procedures Physical Requirements:Lift up to 45 lbs. routinely during shiftStanding and/or sitting for prolonged periods of timeMoving frequently in and around the warehouse and production facilityAbility to twists, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, use arms to lift overhead routinely for 8+ hour workdayOperating manual and electric machines to move items We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a growing industry that will become a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in production/warehouse environments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
