Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The role encompasses responsibilities across Sales, Presales, Customer Success Management (CSM), and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales initiatives, engaging with prospective and current customers, delivering product demonstrations, providing training, developing GTM strategies, and fostering customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.Experience in Sales and Sales Management with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.Proficiency in Training and coaching teams or clients to ensure effective product adoption and use.Strategic thinking and experience in Go-To-Market strategy implementation to expand market presence.Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to maintain strong client and team connections.Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment and collaborate with globally distributed teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.Prior experience in enterprise software, IT, or a related industry is a plus.
