Employees will operate machinery such as tractors,choppers, farm trucks, forklifts, loaders and combines to assist inplanting, spraying, side dressing and harvesting soybeans, wheat, andcorn. Employees will also perform maintenance on equipment and doinfield repairs. Other duties will include repairing and maintainingfarm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment. No commercial truckdriving is required. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide payincreases based on longevity or experience.
