We are looking for a leader who can develop high-performing teams, while also strengthening and improving operational processes in a rapidly evolving environment. You will maintain close connection with teams across multiple sites, ensuring alignment, engagement, and execution. This role requires a leader who can balance people leadership with operational excellence, driving results across people, quality, velocity and cost.What You Will DoLead and manage a team responsible for receiving, inventory management and material flow across onsite and nearby offsite (3PL) locationsOversee daily logistics operations including kitting, material pulling and line stocking, ensuring parts are available on time, every time for productionEstablish, maintain, and continuously improve operational processes and standard work, ensuring alignment to People, Quality, Velocity and Cost (PQVC) prioritiesMonitor and manage inventory accuracy and material movement, proactively addressing discrepancies with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detailConduct and lead root cause analysis to resolve operational issues and implement sustainable corrective actions that improve quality and cost performancePartner cross-functionally with production, purchasing, logistics and engineering teams to ensure alignment and material availability for production buildsTrack and analyze logistics performance, inventory levels and process effectiveness, using data to drive improvements in velocity and overall operational efficiencyEscalate issues as needed and provide actionable recommendations to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost outcomesLead team performance through coaching, development and accountability, supporting strong people and culture outcomesManage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and training, while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration and continuous improvementDegree RequirementBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field with required experience leading teams in a logistics, manufacturing, or operations environmentWhat You Will HaveProblem Solving: Working knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems;
