Operations Team Lead
A company is looking for a Team Lead Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee team performance and ensure adequate staffing to meet production and quality standards
Continuously improve team accuracy, workload capacity, and process efficiency while managing and mentoring staff
Analyze and recommend solutions for operational improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address workflow issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of experience
Three (3) years of experience in a management/leadership role
Three (3) years of experience in an operations environment
Familiarity with company products and systems
Experience leading virtual employees
