Purpose In collaboration with supervising physicians, the Advanced Practice Provider, Congenital Heart Surgery provides for the expansion of individualized healthcare services by diagnosing and treating pediatric and congenital heart conditions at the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease Responsibilities Counsels and educates congenital heart surgery patients and their families/ caregivers concerning health conditions, treatment options and community resources.
