The position provides exposure to the construction industry while developing skills across business functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual looking to gain broad business operations experience.Time allocation across the three areas will shift based on business needs. Typical distribution is outlined below but may be adjusted:· Marketing & Communications / Social Media: ~30%· Human Resources Support: ~30%· Administrative Support to Assistant Project Managers: ~40%Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Communications & Social Media (Approx. 30% — flexible)· Assist in creating and posting content highlighting construction projects, milestones, and company updates· Capture and organize jobsite photos/videos for social media and marketing use· Help maintain the company website and social media platforms (e.g., Linkedln, Facebook, Instagram)· Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and escalate when needed· Support development of marketing materials such as newsletters, email campaigns, and internal communications· Track basic analytics (reach, engagement, followers) and prepare simple reports· Maintain content calendars and coordinate with team members for updates· Support development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials· Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms.· Draft basic marketing copy (social posts, internal announcements, newsletters).· Support brand consistency across communications.· Help maintain website content and updates as assigned.2. Human Resources Support (Approx. 30% - flexible)· Assist with onboarding of field and office employees (paperwork, employee set up, safety documentation, orientation scheduling)· Maintain employee records, certifications, and compliance documentation (e.g., OSHA records, licenses) (electronic and physical)· Support recruiting efforts for field staff and administrative roles· Help coordinate trainings, employee engagement activities, and HR events· Respond to routine HR inquiries and direct employees to appropriate resources· Provide administrative support to the HR team.· Maintain HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.· Assist in maintaining compliance files and basic reporting.3.
