Your RoleYou will work directly with the CEO to build an on site sales organization from the ground up. Your target audience will be insurance agents from inbound leads and calls. Your product will be amongst the best in the industry software, training products and business opportunities. QualificationsMust have demonstrated and provable past experience building sales organizations as described herein from the ground up. This is a blank slate, new office, new environment for you to build around your unique approach with the support of the CEO. You must be able to articulate your methods and approach and see it through over a decade.CompensationCompensation is generous and heavily incentive driven without ceilings. You will be asked to have an honest conversation about your earnings history and ambitions in the interview process.
