The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality Android applications that meet the needs of our users. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to deliver robust and user-friendly mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain Android applications that are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and adhere to best practices for Android development. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and fix bugs and performance issues in applications. Testing: Implement unit tests and UI tests to ensure the reliability and stability of applications. Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of code and application features. Updates and Maintenance: Update applications with new features, improvements, and bug fixes based on user feedback and changing requirements. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to Android development. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in Android development with a portfolio of published applications on the Google Play Store. Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java and Kotlin; familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks is a plus. Android SDK: Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools. UI/UX Design: Experience with Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. APIs: Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems such as Git. Database Management: Knowledge of SQLite, Room, or other database management systems. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
