Role - Java Full stack Lead Location - Whippany, NJ - 3 days in a weekDuration - 6+ MonthsJob Description/ Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Overview:We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development using Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable enterprise applications, developing RESTful APIs, and contributing across the full stack, with primary ownership of backend systems. Exposure to SDLC automation and AI-related engineering is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring BootBuild and integrate RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party systemsContribute to frontend development using modern frameworks when requiredDevelop scalable and high-performance enterprise applicationsParticipate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deploymentSupport and enhance SDLC automation processes, including CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutionsExplore and integrate AI-driven features or services where applicableRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Java and Spring BootSolid experience in backend-heavy full stack developmentHands-on experience with REST API design and developmentWorking knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or similarUnderstanding of enterprise application architecture and design patternsExperience with SDLC tools and automation (CI/CD pipelines)Familiarity with Git or other version control systemsPreferred Qualifications:Exposure to AI/ML concepts or AI-enabled application developmentExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsSoft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical thinkingEffective communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
