You’ll work alongside producers, writers, executives, strategists, and world-class artists to help shape how new IP is seen, sold, built, and brought to life.We’re looking for someone who can move fast without making things feel cheap. Someone with taste, range, speed, and high standards. Someone excited by blank pages, weird problems, impossible deadlines, and big swings.You should AI fluent, but not dependent on it. You use it like a creative amplifier - not a shortcut.What You’ll DoDesign standout pitch decks, franchise materials, and executive presentations.Develop visual identities, tone boards, character/world references, and brand storytelling systems.Create social-first assets that feel native, current, and shareable.Support web and digital experiences for new IP and studio initiatives.Use AI tools to explore, prototype, iterate, and push ideas further.Collaborate with creative teams to turn early ideas into compelling visual narratives.Help build the next generation of global kids and family franchises.What You BringExceptional visual taste and strong design fundamentals.Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote/PowerPoint, and modern AI image/video/design workflows.A strong understanding of entertainment, social platforms, branding, and visual storytelling.The ability to make work feel premium, cinematic, internet-native, toyetic, or iconic - depending on what the idea needs.A love of animation, characters, franchises, kids’ entertainment, and culture.The ability to turn creative chaos into something beautiful.Talent, energy and attitude is everything at Big Shot.
