Overview
As a Mission Systems engineer, you will help deploy the Common Reprogramming Tool (CRT) to support rapid MDF reprogramming for F-35 missions. You will design capabilities, collaborate with software engineers, and oversee verification through lab and integration testing. You’ll mentor junior engineers and manage export documentation and exportability. This role integrates MBSE, cross-functional leadership, and software development to deliver robust mission data solutions that enhance operational readiness.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement capabilities for CRT integrated with MDF workflowsCollaborate with Software Engineers to meet acceptance criteriaLead verification via lab and integration testing; manage risks and issuesTrain and develop junior engineers in CRT design and implementationPrepare and oversee export documentation and CRT exportabilityMBSE design & implementation within mission systemsProvide cross-functional leadership across teams during developmentOversee integration & test activities and ensure system readinessAddress export control aspects in design documentationContribute to software development efforts related to CRT
