This position plays a critical role in the customer experience by performing mitigation tasks with urgency and professionalism while keeping clients informed throughout the restoration process. As a direct representative of ServPro Team Landers in the field, the Mitigation Laborer upholds the company's commitment to excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement on every project.This position will be primarily based at our new Silverthorne, CO location, with occasional visits to the main Vail office as needed.All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
