Commercial concrete, design-build, NWA-based.This isn't a desk job. You'll be on the deck checking elevations, in the form line walking bracing, behind the truck on slump and air, and across the table from a foreman developing the next leader.What you'll own:Layout, formwork, rebar, and pre-pour plans — signed before any truck rollsFresh concrete testing, placement, finishing, and curing to ACI 301/318, 305/306, 309Crew productivity vs. estimate (CY/crew-day, SFCA/MH, tons/MH)Daily field reports, cost-coded quantities, T&M tickets, three-week look-aheadsSafety, quality, and the people who run the workWhat we need:7+ years self-perform commercial/industrial concrete, directly supervising field crews (not subs)Fluent in plans, specs, elevations, and means & methodsCan step in and run a form, rebar, or place-and-finish crew yourselfOSHA 30 required. ACI Field Testing Grade I preferred.Beyond the resume: you're a teacher. You catch the mistake before the pour. You document. You return the call.
