Assembler Microelectronics
Building microelectronic circuits under stereo microscope. Soldering electronic parts; Attaching wires; Fastening small parts; Cutting templates and substrates; Fastening Connectors; Soldering Glass Connector Pins; Striping/Attaching Wires; Epoxy die attachment; Gold bonding with bonding machine; Working with small tools such as miniature soldering irons, tweezers, exacto knife, Screwdriver, and similar. Academic Education and Requirements
At a Minimum, A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
Permanent Residency --or-- US citizenship required.
Needed Work Experience
Minimum 2-year Electronic assembly work is prefered
Individuals with background in, Art- works, Jewelry work, building miniature hand crafts or Similar Skills may well fit for an entry level position
Must Have Requirements
- Good eye-hand coordination,
- Attention to details and good craftsmanship,
- Capable of reading, writing, and communicating in English,
- Will to learn, advance, and become a team player,
- Reading/Understanding electronic schematics and assembly prints,
- Some knowledge of basic electronics is a plus,
- Self-initiative with problem solving attitude,
- Capable of working independently and responsibly,
- Most importantly: "having a good work ethics" ; "be pleasant to work with" ; ; "be easy to approach" ; and "having a goal oriented personality"
