Assembler Microelectronics

Building microelectronic circuits under stereo microscope. Soldering electronic parts; Attaching wires; Fastening small parts; Cutting templates and substrates; Fastening Connectors; Soldering Glass Connector Pins; Striping/Attaching Wires; Epoxy die attachment; Gold bonding with bonding machine; Working with small tools such as miniature soldering irons, tweezers, exacto knife, Screwdriver, and similar. (www.umcc111.com). Academic Education and Requirements At a Minimum, A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Permanent Residency --or-- US citizenship required.
