Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) at Top Shelf's Sacramento, CA location. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads, reaching out to prospects through various channels, and building relationships that drive business growth. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic campaigns, contribute to revenue goals, and represent the company’s mission through dynamic communication and professional engagement. You'll also be expected to track performance metrics and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation strategiesStrong Communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholdersExperience in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growthAbility to build and nurture client relationshipsSelf-motivation with a results-oriented mindsetFamiliarity with CRM systems is a plusRelevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
