Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Janitorial Crew Member to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers. This position offers an opportunity to contribute positively to our community while developing valuable custodial skills. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties throughout the facility including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation Conduct routine custodial tasks such as window cleaning and surface disinfecting to uphold hygiene standards Follow safety protocols during cleaning activities and handle cleaning supplies responsibly Support special cleaning projects for both routine and deep-cleaning needs in various areas of the facility Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use May assist in performing general maintenance of equipment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred; enthusiasm for maintaining cleanliness is essential Knowledge of cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to understand the use of the chemicals commonly used on the job. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Ability to adapt to schedule changes Attend all scheduled meetings and trainings.
