Barista- Full Time

SUMMARY We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, assisting with food service, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for every guest. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately. Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment. Assist with food preparation, serving pastries, sandwiches, and snacks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas. Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system. Replenish stock and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and availability. Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times. Upsell menu items and provide product recommendations to customers. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient café operations. QUALIFICATIONS Previous barista, food service, or customer service experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment and multitask effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic math and cash-handling skills. A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
