Foreman
Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Foreman based out of various locations to oversee and manage daily operations of the portable crushing in our East Region. This role is responsible for managing the crew and coordinating their activities to meet production schedules.Day to DayOverseeing daily operations of portable crushing, ensuring smooth and efficient production.Managing the crew and coordinating their activities to meet production schedules.Maintaining equipment and ensuring it operates correctly and safely.Adhering to safety standards and conducting regular safety meetings and training sessions.Implementing quality control procedures to ensure the quarry meets all required standards.Conducting routine inspections and testing of materials and finished products.Addressing safety incidents and implementing corrective actions as needed.Coordinating maintenance and repairs of plant equipment and machinery.Managing inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery.Preparing and submitting reports on plant operations and performance.Identifying and resolving operational issues and equipment malfunctions.Perform other duties or responsibilities as assignedAbout You2-4 years experienceCDL preferredExperience in mobile equipment operations and some welding backgroundPrompt, regular, and predictable attendancePositive, Team-based attitudeThe ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required.
