The School provides a collaborative, mission-driven environment that encourages intellectual curiosity, integrity, and excellence.The Office of Admissions and Enrollment at Collegiate School seeks a dynamic, relationship-driven professional to serve as Associate Director of Admissions. This is a highly visible role that plays a central part in shaping and delivering a thoughtful, engaging and mission-aligned admissions experience for prospective families.The Associate Director serves as a key ambassador for the School, guiding families through each stage of the admissions process, from initial inquiry through enrollment. This individual will conduct parent interviews and student visits, evaluate applicant files and partner closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all families.This role also leads the planning and execution of admissions events and oversees the parent tour guide program, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the warmth, rigor and values of a Collegiate education. In collaboration with the Assistant Head of School for Admissions and Enrollment, the Associate Director contributes to outreach and recruitment efforts, including building relationships with community-based organizations, attending fairs and supporting yield strategies.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in admissions and enrollment, exceptional communication and organizational skills and a thoughtful, data-informed approach to decision-making. This individual thrives in a collaborative environment, exercises sound judgment and discretion and is energized by engaging with a diverse range of families.A deep commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive community is essential, as is a genuine enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced school environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage scheduling of interviews, tours, and group visitsConduct parent interviews and student visitsReview and evaluate applicant filesPlan and execute admissions events and outreachOversee parent tour guide programDevelop relationships with community and advocacy partnersSupport outreach efforts, including fairs and school visitsPlan and execute yield eventsFocus on non-entry grade applicationsCoordinate transition programming for new familiesCollaborate on marketing and communications strategiesSupport admissions systems and data processesAnalyze admissions data and trendsBuild relationships with families aligned with the School's missionPursue professional developmentSupport special projectsSupport admissions programming through participation in occasional evening and weekend events, including outreach and community engagement initiativesPerform related duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree required.5-7 years of admissions experience preferred.Master's degree preferred.Special RequirementsSuccessful completion of background and fingerprinting checks.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills;Excellent public speaking ability;Strong organizational skills;Ability to manage multiple priorities;Data analysis and reporting skills;Experience with admissions systems (e.g., SchoolAdmin);Ability to maintain confidentiality;Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset;Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion;
