Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bend, OR. As a Bike Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of bicycles to ensure a safe and enjoyable riding experience for our customers. The role includes assembling new bikes, conducting safety inspections, providing recommendations for upgrades or replacements, and delivering excellent customer service. You will work closely with both customers and team members to uphold high standards of service and support. Qualifications Proficiency in Bicycle Repair, Bike Repair, and maintenance techniquesStrong knowledge of bicycles and related componentsEffective Communication skills to engage with customers and team membersAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in bike repair or a retail service environment is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
