TELEMARKETING/SALES REP (MUST SPEAK SPANISH)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calling, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build rapport with prospects. The Telemarketer will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and supporting our business development efforts across various industries, including technology and B2B sales.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm and cold calling techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Engage with potential customers through professional and persuasive communication, emphasizing the value of our products and services.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with appropriate solutions.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and update CRM software such as Salesforce to track progress and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly to convert interest into sales opportunities.
Utilize CRM tools for managing customer information, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development, preferably in technology or B2B sales environments.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a professional demeanor.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions.
Knowledge of telemarketing techniques, outbound calling strategies, and marketing principles.
Ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Experience in technical sales or CRM-based sales is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
