Experience with Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Nexus, Jira, SonarQube, Fortify, and UrbanCode. Strong knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, JUnit, Mockito, TDD/BDD, and Cucumber. Experience developing responsive, Section 508-compliant applications. PreferredKafka performance tuning, replication, partitioning, and retention. AI-enabled application modernization. Federal/government IT and Section 508 compliance. Cloud-native development, containers, and Twelve-Factor App methodology. Technical architecture and design documentation.
