If you have a Texas HVAC license and EPA certification, enjoy diagnosing and repairing residential systems, and want opportunities to earn more through sales and upsells, this is the job for you.What Youll Be DoingDiagnose and repair residential HVAC systems , including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Ruud, Goodman, American Standard, Mitsubishi, and PaynePerform system installs and replacementsEstimate full system replacements (a big plus)Communicate professionally with homeowners and clientsParticipate in on-call rotation (2 weekends/month MaySeptember; offseason schedule negotiable)Support on-call technicians by phone when off rotationMaintain professional appearance (pants, boots, company shirts provided)Upsell optional products or services (e.g., UV light systems)What Were Looking ForActive Texas HVAC license + EPA certificationMinimum 2 years residential service experience (operating your own van/service truck)Strong knowledge of major residential systems and componentsFriendly, positive attitude and professional communicationStrong work ethic and reliable weekday attendanceBig Plus SkillsExperience with UV light systems for air purificationAbility to estimate full system replacementsProven ability to upsell ethicallyLocation & RelocationMust be willing to live in or relocate to:Marble FallsBurnetHorseshoe BaySpicewood$1,500 relocation assistance providedEducationHigh School Diploma or GED required
