Summer Intern- Indirect Spend

This role will support analytics for the Indirect Spend Commit program by bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to our data and opportunity pipeline. The intern will analyze program data, develop meaningful reporting, surface actionable insights, and contribute to the development and refinement of opportunity campaigns. They'll prepare campaign lists and load them into ICE (a Salesforce platform), ensuring campaigns are ready for execution.
A key part of the role includes quantifying potential savings by analyzing contract terms, historical spend patterns, and compliance performance. The intern's work will play a meaningful part in strengthening our analytics foundation and expanding the opportunities we can deliver to members.
Responsibilities
Analyze and organize program data across indirect spend categories to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
Build clear, visual reporting (dashboards, charts, summaries) based on program data.
Apply reporting insights and observed trends to help shape data-driven ICE opportunity campaigns.
Support the development and refinement of opportunity campaigns.
Prepare campaign lists and upload them to the ICE platform.
Quantify potential savings using contract terms, historical spend, and compliance metrics.
Assist with building insights that strengthen the Indirect Spend Commit analytics platform.
Collaborate with team members to refine methodologies, validate findings, and support ongoing analytic needs.
