Salary Range: $50,000
Location: Evansville, IN (Office-Based)
Position Summary
The Data & Impact Coordinator supports the success and sustainability of the E3 initiative by tracking program performance, coordinating data systems, and ensuring alignment with MCAP grant reporting requirements. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement by maintaining accurate metrics, analyzing trends, and facilitating inter-agency coordination.
Essential Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative program data across E3 agencies
Produce monthly and quarterly reports demonstrating impact, gaps, and service equity
Support grant compliance by maintaining organized, timely, and complete reporting
Monitor key outcomes including recidivism, service access, time to engagement, and client stabilization
Oversee documentation systems and shared calendars between peer staff, supervisors, and partners
Maintain data integrity across systems (e.g., HMIS, law enforcement databases, Visible Network Labs, behavioral healthcare)
Coordinate partner participation in the Visible Network Labs Social Ecosystem Mapping tool
Present data insights to internal teams and funders in digestible, visual formats
Recommend process improvements based on trends, bottlenecks, and client feedback
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in public administration, data science, nonprofit management, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in program evaluation, impact reporting, or nonprofit operations
Proficiency in Excel or data dashboards
Understanding of systems involved in homelessness, criminal justice, behavioral health, and housing or ability to learn
Attention to detail and ability to translate data into real-world action
Strong communication and time management skills
Commitment to equity, community voice, and continuous learning
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Experience with grant compliance, data reporting, or multi-agency operations preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Candidates required to pass background screening
