Structural Construction Manager

DIRECT HIRE | STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER | North Dallas, TX |Seeking a Structural Construction Manager to be the SME for Soil/Concrete construction issues and assist Preconstruction teams on newly awarded projects.Anticipate $125,000+ base salary (total comp ~$165,000 with bonus and perks)Unlimited PTO, monthly car allowanceFull suite of immediate benefits, ESOPOffice based position, North DallasKey Responsibilities:Review construction drawings to identify solutions, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities.Assist with Structural & Soils estimating and bid evaluations at various design stages.Coordinate with trade partners and attend site reviews to support project execution.Provide technical guidance and risk management for high-risk structures or projects.Maintain tracking of long-lead Structural & Soils items and prepare for coordination meetings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Structural, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or Management (or equivalent)5+ years of experience in design engineering, consulting, or construction management.Geotechnical/Concrete background a plusStrong knowledge of Structural & Soils and North Texas geotechnical conditions.Analytical and relationship-building skills for client and trade partner collaboration.Local candidates preferred
