JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITEPosition Summary:This position is responsible for the daily operations of the front line team members of Transportation Operations, including Limo Operations, Shuttle, Fleet Operations and Traffic as well as Parking and Coat Check Operations.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:Oversees front line employees and ensures compliance with departmental policies and proceduresAssigns daily responsibilities for the staff throughout the shiftResponsible for the care and control of guest and company vehicles and equipmentMonitors employee performance and provides coaching, recognition and discipline accordinglyHandles and resolves guests complaints promptly and effectivelySecondary Duties and Responsibilities:Ensures employees have the tools they need to perform their jobsMaintains company vehicles and equipmentReports operating issues and concerns to managementCompletes annual performance evaluations and development period reviews for direct reportsMinimum Education and Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentOne year of supervisory experience in a large-scale operation with a multi-faceted transportation/parking operationMust have a valid driver's license and be insurable through the company carrierCompetencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skillsBasic computer skills in Word, Excel and OutlookTraining Requirements:Must complete all appropriate Human Resources Supervisor Training coursesKnowledge of Ascent, EmpowerTime and Manager Self Service systemsKnowledge of CVPS valet software systemKnowledge of Livery Coach and Micros systemsUnderstanding of Command center operations, including variable message signs, gates, etc.SMART alcohol awarenessPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditionsMust be able to regularly visit all work related areas in TransportationMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptionsMust be able to stand for long extended periods of timeMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hoursThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
