Sr Webfocus Developer

Hi, We are Looking for a Sr. WEB FOCUS Developer (2 positions) Location: Flowood, MS(Onsite) Duration: Longterm Key Responsibilities: Involve in all facets of WEB FOCUS BI application design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Capable of working independently without close supervision. Formulates client requirements into written form and transforms them into specifications and development tasks. Performs data analysis and modifies or recommends changes in the database to facilitate reporting applications. Extensive experience with WebFOCUS/AppStudio & InfoAssist. Data modeling for report optimization. Develops successful Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions in data warehousing, analytics, reporting, portal, and dashboard development. Skills Required: Experience with business intelligence tool Information Builders WebFOCUS Experience using SQL/Relational databases like DB2, SQL, Netezza, HTML 5, and JavaScript. Ability to combine business needs and requirements into technical architecture for a data-driven solution. Define and oversee the full development lifecycle for external/internal facing BI solution WebFOCUS. High-level design, development, documentation, and testing of solutions. Knowledge of external facing UI development using Portal development and BI technologies, using WebFOCUS. Works on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Display a working knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS), including both legacy DBMS’s and relational/SQL DBMS’s. Acquire a working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets for creating and interfacing WebFOCUS reports in a self-service environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Background in medical and health insurance industry preferred.
