In this role, you'll design and build cutting-edge cloud contact center solutions that make a real impact for our clients. If you're passionate about AWS technologies and love solving complex communication challenges, this is the opportunity for you!Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions for enterprise clientsBuild and maintain contact flows, IVR systems, and call routing configurations within Amazon ConnectIntegrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms, Lambda functions, and third-party APIsDevelop and optimize chatbots and virtual agents using Amazon LexMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to contact center performance and reliabilityCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsDocument architectures, configurations, and development processes for ongoing supportRequirements:Proven hands-on experience developing and configuring Amazon Connect environmentsProficiency with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAMExperience with Amazon Lex, Polly, and other AWS AI/ML communication servicesStrong scripting or programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Node.jsFamiliarity with REST API integrations and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNowAWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect) preferredStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbout Us:Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is a forward-thinking technology firm based in Woodlawn, MD, dedicated to delivering smart, scalable solutions that help businesses thrive in a digital-first world.
