About the Role:
Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a talented Amazon Connect Developer to join our growing team in Woodlawn, MD. In this role, you'll design and build cutting-edge cloud contact center solutions that make a real impact for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions for enterprise clients
- Build and maintain contact flows, IVR systems, and call routing configurations within Amazon Connect
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms, Lambda functions, and third-party APIsDevelop and optimize chatbots and virtual agents using Amazon LexMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to contact center performance and reliability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Document architectures, configurations, and development processes for ongoing support
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience developing and configuring Amazon Connect environments
- Proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAMExperience with Amazon Lex, Polly, and other AWS AI/ML communication services
- Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Node.jsFamiliarity with REST API integrations and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Service
- NowAWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
