Applications Engineer (Military GPS / RF Systems)We are seeking an Applications Engineer to support the deployment, integration, testing, and technical support of advanced military GPS / RF-based systems in operational environments.This is a hands-on, field-facing role ideal for candidates with experience in systems integration, field testing, RF systems, technical troubleshooting, or military communications / navigation equipment. The position works closely with engineering teams, test teams, and end users to support installation, configuration, system validation, and field demonstrations.This role requires frequent travel to military installations, test ranges, and customer sites.Responsibilities:Support on-site installation, configuration, and operation of technical systems in field environmentsAssist with system integration on military or tactical platformsSupport field testing, demonstrations, operational evaluations, and technical troubleshootingTroubleshoot hardware, software, and RF-related issues during testing and deploymentExecute system testing, validation, and technical support activitiesAssist with development and execution of test procedures and test reportsDocument field observations and provide actionable feedback to engineering teamsSupport operator and maintainer training during field eventsMaintain technical documentation, integration guides, and user support materialsQualifications:3–6+ years of relevant technical experience in field engineering, systems integration, testing, RF systems, technical support, or military communications/navigation systemsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field OR equivalent military technical training and experienceExperience with one or more of the following is highly relevant:GPS / GNSS / PNT systemsRF systems, antennas, or signal environmentsMilitary communications or SATCOM systemsSystem integration / field testing / operational testingHands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel up to 75%U.S. Citizenship requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearanceHighly Relevant Backgrounds:Veterans and candidates with military technical backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply, especially those with experience in:RF systemscommunications equipmentnavigation systemsSATCOMtactical systems integrationelectronic maintenance / troubleshootingfield support or operational testing
