Island Ride Driver (55071)

This position requires a valid drivers license. Pay Rate: $15 an hour with $2.00 an hour additional shift differential on swing and grave shift ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGreet guests, provide superior guest service and provide information regarding casino events and property amenitiesSafely pick up and return guests to their vehiclesDrive fleet vehicles (including vans, small shuttle busses, golf carts, and GEM vehicles) transporting guests and team members to various locations on and off propertyRent scooters, wheelchairs, and walkers to guestsAnswer phones, dispatch Island Ride calls by radioKeep vehicles fueled and interiors and exteriors cleanOther duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIESKnowledge and Certification Required:Valid class "D" vehicle operator's licenseKnowledge and Certification Preferred:High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experienceExperience driving small buses, vans, golf cartsSkills Required:Accurate and detail-orientedHighly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesExcellent verbal and interpersonal communication skillsComputer skills - Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook) and WindowsCash handlingAbilities Required:Able to work safely and efficientlyAble to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygieneAble to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous mannerAble to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voiceAble to serve both internal and external guestsAble to safely operate passenger vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions
