Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations, a recognized leader in refurbishment of aero-engine and Industrial Gas Turbine airfoils, is looking for dedicated individuals to support our organization. If you would like to work in a dynamic environment and possess the motivation to incorporate new ideas into practice, this may be the opportunity for you!This position is available on both the first shift (5:30 a.m. - 2:00 pm).Your responsibilities will include:Preparing a variety of surface prep and repair operations on aero-engine turbine airfoil componentsMay include grit blasting, masking, blending, and other routine tasksAssisting in the development of other team membersPerforming any aspect of this role in assigned area to improve personal developmentPerforming unrelated duties as may be necessary to support the needs of the facilityPerforming job in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety rules, procedures and policiesCompleting tasks at the highest level of safety awarenessQualifications you must have:HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experienceQualifications we prefer:6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment3 months Aerospace experience3 months experience with Microsoft Office Suite3 months experience with SAPWhat we offer:Medical, dental, vision benefitsLife, short term disability, long term disability benefitsPaid time off including vacation, sick leave, holidays401-K with company matchOther innovative benefits including deals and discountsThis role is onsite. Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
