Order Fulfillment Team MemberBe part of a fast paced world class distribution center. Order Fulfillment Team Members process customer orders from around the world from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction and the highest quality standards.The starting base pay rate for this position is:$20.00Full-Time Day Shift - $21.00 starting rate ($20.00 base pay and $1.00 allowance)Full-Time Evening/Overnight Shift - $24.00 starting rate ($20.00 base pay, $1.00 allowance, and $3.00 shift differential)$5,000 bonusPaid in increments at completion of 4, 8, and 12 months of employmentSpecific PDC eligible rolesUp to $7,500 relocation bonus available to specific PDC eligible roles (paid after providing proof of change in residency)Responsibilities:Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accuratelyInspect and receive productPrepackage product for bin/emergency stockInspect quality of the product before prepackagingPerform packaging tasks which include:Review pack lists to insure correct quantitiesVerify correct parts have been pickedBox product and prepare for shippingAssemble cables and battery packsCut tape and reel product into sale package quantitiesShipping (Processing)Shipping DockAct as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC answering product questionsHandle customer change-order requests when applicableInvestigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors and update inventory stock levelsPerform inventory counts as related to customer shortage or overage complaints and update systemPerforms other incidental and related duties as required and assignedNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeAdditional Work Experience:Must be able to read, write, and communicate in EnglishBasic computer navigation and typing skillsAbility to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goalsAbility to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspectiveDemonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/managementAble to solve problems quickly and efficientlyDependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and successEducation:GED or High School DiplomaPhysical Requirements:Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipmentAbility to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motionCapable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concreteRegularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder heightAbility to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairsAbility to reach with hands and arms above shoulder levelMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
