Utilizing data and technology, we design spaces that flex and modulate to the ever-changing, often abstract needs and behaviors of its people, furnishing businesses with the tools they need to shape workspaces that work.The RoleAs an Operations & Installation Coordinator, you’ll support both our Operations Lead Canada and our Lead Installer in Vancouver. This is a hybrid role split between customer-facing operational support and hands-on field installation work. This is a full-time position.This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both customer operations and technical installation, ensuring smooth delivery and service of Bureau’s products.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting Operations Lead Canada:Scheduling installations and coordinating logistics between customers, installation teams, carriers, and warehouse staffManaging the install calendar and ensuring smooth coordination, resolving scheduling or logistical conflictsCommunicating with customers to ensure issue-free installationsResponding to customer requests and queries in a timely mannerWorking with the sales team to manage delivery estimates and communicate lead timesSupporting Lead Installer:Assisting with on-site booth builds and product installationsTroubleshooting installation issuesAttending service callsSupporting warehouse management and logisticsHelping build strong relationships with partners and vendorsRequired SkillsAbility to lift, move and assist with installation of booths, office furniture and related productsComfortable with frequent travel within Vancouver and BCAbility to problem-solve in real time during customer interactionsComfortable working with tools and supporting installation activitiesA proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learnClean driving record and experience or comfortable in operating larger vehicles (up to 26-foot box trucks, for example)Favorable SkillsExperience in an operations, logistics, customer service or coordination roleComfort with both office-based and hands-on, field-based workStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience working in customer service or a client-facing environmentCompensationThis role offers a salary of approximately CAD $50,000 per year in addition to a generous benefits package.Working at BureauWe believe that culture and people are the foundation of everything we build.
