Job Title: Program Engineer / Engineering Assistant Schedule: Day Shift | Monday - FridayPay: $16 - $23/hour (depending on experience)Type: Contract-to-hireAbout the Role:We are seeking an entry-level Program Engineer / Engineering Assistant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a perfect opportunity for someone just starting their career in engineering, CAD, or manufacturing, looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within a professional team. You will work directly with our experienced engineers and support day-to-day operations in the office and manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Maintain workspace and organize computer/data filesDevelop Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately from CAD data and printsProcess, color, and prep print packagesAssist with Mastercam and/or SolidWorks tasks, including minor design and CAD updatesProcess quote requests and customer changes to prints or CAD dataRead and interpret blueprints and ensure CAD dimensions are accuratePrep and log waterjet or CNC dataCommunicate with internal teams and customers regarding design or tooling needsBe attentive to special tooling or process requirementsQualifications / Skills:Coursework or experience in CAD (SolidWorks), CAM (Mastercam), or draftingFamiliarity with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointUnderstanding of CNC machining processesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and accuracyEager to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; recent graduates or entry-level candidates encouraged Linked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
