Opportunity: Registered Nurse - CVOR Job Details: • Work Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM • Call requirements every 3rd day and at least 1 to 2 weekends per month • Call hours: 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends • Expected to assist in General OR when there are no CVOR cases • Must float to General OR as needed • Work with adult and geriatric patient populations • Minimum 2 years of experience required • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA or ARC only) • Epic charting system experience required • Maximum 7 days requested time off per contract • Weekend coverage and holiday coverage as needed • Tobacco and fragrance-free facility • Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, billable) • Clean nursing license required with no hits accepted • Perform various surgical procedures including CVOR, General OR, CABG, valve replacements, vascular procedures, and robotic surgery • Work with specialized equipment including Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and orthopedic robotic surgery systems Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive surgical services department with both cardiovascular and general operating room capabilities.
