Inside Sales Rep/ Front Desk
Job Description
TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with minimum 1 year of experience. Will be responsible for answering phones, writing up contracts, assist customers that walk in, negotiate pricing, assist in dispatch of deliveries, customer service, assist in billing, complete Bill of Landings. Must have experience with Microsoft Office products and valid DL. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.Process rental quotations, reservations, and contractsEstablish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customersNegotiate prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies in accordance with pricing policies and proceduresDispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations regarding deliveryGenerate leads for new business and communicate leads with Outside Sales RepresentativesMaintain a clean and presentable showroom, sufficiently stocked with merchandiseOther duties assigned as needed
