Fine paper sales experience is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.This is a strong opportunity for a consultative sales professional who understands the paper market, knows how to build long-term customer relationships, and can drive profitable growth.What You’ll DoManage and grow an existing customer base within the assigned territoryProspect and win new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market developmentSell fine paper products and related solutions to commercial customersUnderstand customer operations and recommend value-added solutionsBuild relationships with decision-makers, ownership, purchasing teams, and operational contactsMaintain an active CRM pipeline and manage territory activityReview pricing, margins, bids, and sales performance dataPartner cross-functionally with customer service, operations, credit, and leadership teamsDeliver a high level of responsiveness and customer supportWhat We’re Looking ForRequired: Prior fine paper sales experience5 years of B2B outside sales or territory sales experienceProven ability to grow revenue and manage customer relationshipsConsultative selling approach with strong business acumenComfortable prospecting and opening new accountsStrong communication, organization, and follow-throughExperience using CRM systems and sales toolsSelf-starter mindset with competitive drivePreferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience selling into commercial print, packaging, distribution, or related industries
