For over 25 years, National Experienced Workforce Solutions (NEW Solutions) has
specialized in connecting experienced workers (ages 55+) with full-time and
part-time job opportunities that support the critical missions of Federal
Agencies across the United States.
NEW Solutions connects experienced workers (ages 55+) with the Bureau of
Reclamation (USBR). These experienced professionals provide administrative,
scientific, and technical support to the Bureau of Reclamation through the
Experienced Services Program (ESP).

Enrollment in the Experienced Worker Programs administered by NEW Solutions is
temporary. The enrollment relationship between NEW Solutions and the Enrollee is
an ?at-will? relationship. This means that an Enrollee is free to terminate
enrollment at any time during the enrollment period, and NEW Solutions and the
Agency have the right to terminate the relationship with the Enrollee.
PLEASE NOTE: An ?Enrollee? is not a federal employee, nor an employee of NEW
Solutions. An ?Enrollee? is a participant in a grant program established through
a Cooperative Agreement funded by the agency and administered by NEW Solutions.

Qualifications
Minimum of 20 year(s) of experience in Management of federal government records,
especially realty records, federal government accounting and financial systems
OR BA/BS Degree in Any area of study related to business management, accounting,
realty, land survey, or law OR Previously completed training in Department of
interior Financial Business Management System and other records management
systems
Federal record retention processes and procedures
Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS
Teams, MS Outlook, MS SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat
Duties
The enrollee serves as an assistant and expert to the Regional Realty Officer
and staff rendering technical advice and assistance for the management of realty
records for the UCB, Region 7. Prepares, updates, and maintains file systems,
case files and official status records in Electronic Enterprise Records and
Document Management System (eERDMS)/Enterprise Content System (ECS) and
Financial Business Management System (FBMS) for all real property transactions
within the region to ensure proper recordation of Federal land and property
assets. Land record review and verification of land assets in the Enterprise
Asset Registry (EAR). All approvals, negotiations, certifications, and decisions
are made solely by Reclamation officials
Develops and maintains file management plans and standard operating
procedures for land records and case file management activities, performs and/or
coordinates contractor scanning and indexing of land records in eERDMS/ECS, and
supports GIS staff with EAR land record updates and requests. 60%
Updates UCB land records in FBMS. 20%
Conduct land record research upon agency request. 10%
Deliver training to new staff in land record management processes and best
practices. 10%

Overnight travel: The duties of position may require overnight travel up to
two times per year, with trips lasting up to 4 days in duration
Air travel anticipated: These would be the overnight travel previously
mentioned - travel up to two times per year, with trips lasting up to 4 days in
duration
Health and Safety Considerations: The position involves instances where the
enrollee may need to visit record storage facilities and rooms with minimal
lighting and dusty conditions. The position may require conducting inspection of
records in other locations. Completion of the on-line DOI Defensive Driving
course may be required, especially if Government vehicles are used
Physical requirements: The job is largely comprised of tasks performed in an
office (use of a computer and phone, minimal lifting to access files) though
there may be need to safely maneuver or lift boxes containing records which may
weigh up to 50 pounds
