Triple Play Transport is looking for an AR specialist, we are looking for someone motivated, with high energy, and efficient. Job Responsibilities Create invoices for customers Submit invoices to customers for payment Collect payment from customers Keep up with aging invoices and reports Make sure all invoices are paid on time. Other responsibilities may apply Requirements: Must be proficient in QuickBooks online or experienced in similar systems. Must have experience in OpenInvoice & OpenTicket Some experience in oilfield accounting Must pass a background check and drug test knowledgeable in Microsoft Benefits: Health insurance Paid Vacation Paid sick time Schedule: Monsay-Friday 8am-5pm
