In recent years, Lids has built partnerships with iconic global brands including Marvel, Playboy, and the Harlem Globetrotters, and gained ambassadors like Justin Jefferson, Quavo, and Josephine Skriver – creating a community for both sports fans and fashion lovers.The company is currently expanding with the goal of becoming the largest licensed brick-and-mortar sports retailer across the globe.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:The Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Functional Expert is responsible for hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 F&SCM ERP modules. This role will provide functional knowledge, liaison with business partners to understand needs, explore alternatives in D365, and ultimately implement the solution. If not local to Indianapolis, will require a few office visits per year.Responsibilities:Successful implementation of practical business solutions using industry best practicesFacilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERPDesign, configuration and testing of core Dynamics 365 ERP modulesWork with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysisConvert requirements to functional specs and functional design documentsCommunicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organizationQualifications:Minimum of 3 years Dynamics 365 ERP (or earlier versions)Minimum of 3 years Dynamics 365 ERP implementations experienceMinimum of 2 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 ERP implementations (Analysis – Deployment)Minimum 5 years of industry and/or consulting experienceCertification in Dynamics 365 ERP module(s) is a plusStrong industry experience within Supply Chain, Inventory Control or RetailWorking knowledge of industry specific best practicesExcellent communication, planning and organization skillsStrong customer relationship skillsAbility to establish priorities and work independentlyBachelor’s DegreeFeatured Benefits:Medical insuranceVision insuranceDental insurance401(k)Disability insuranceEEO Statement:Hat World, Inc., Lids Holdings, Inc., dba Lids and subsidiaries is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to complying with all federal, state, and local EEO laws.
