ServiceNow Developer (With CSA Cert) Responsibilities - Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solution, including integrations, and workflow automation. - Participate in the design and review of technical solutions and architecture. - Develop user-centric workflows and intuitive interfaces within the ServiceNow platform. - Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and with the highest quality. - Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members. - Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks. - Assist in troubleshooting, resolving production issues, and ensuring platform stability. - Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing solutions - Stay current on ServiceNow's best practices, trends, and new functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SNOW modules and capabilities, other systems and processes. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality. - Perform other duties as needed or assigned. Required Skills - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred). - 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Architect. - Must have ServiceNow ITSM experience - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Accomplished with integrating ServiceNow and other systems using APIs or other integration methods. - Adept with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
