Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist located in Midland, TX. The role involves managing the shipping and receiving of goods, packing, inventory control, unloading shipments, and operating forklifts. The specialist will ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately documented, organized, and executed in a timely manner while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Qualifications Experience with Shipping & Receiving and Packing processesStrong skills in Inventory Control for accurate stock managementAbility to perform Unloading tasks efficientlyProficiency in Forklift Operation and certification is a plusOrganizational and time management skills to handle multiple shipmentsCapable of working both independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with warehouse safety protocolsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
