PAART TIME- EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS Service BDC Representative-EXPERIENCED ONLY The BDC Representative is responsible for accepting inbound and making outbound calls and communicating with prospects and customers via text, email or social media as assigned. Excellent customer relationship skills Self-starter, motivated and success driven Confident, positive and high energy presence Strong communication skills Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals Prior Customer Service experience (re: retail, phone solicitation, waitperson, etc.) Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice Possess time management skills and be able to work independently Take direction well Job Requirements: Full understanding and appreciation of the Service BDC function Experience working with a CRM (HigherGear, dealertrack, dealerlogix preferred but not necessary) Must clear background check Service BDC Representative Responsibilities: Handle in bound calls for service appointments and concerns. Follow up phone calls after service visits Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers Set appointments and maintain relationship with customers Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance customer needs Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction Meet specified daily, weekly and monthly targets and goals Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude Salary + Commission Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Night shift Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Commission pay Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
