The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and responsibilities: Lead high-impact, cross-functional executive initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes across departmentsDesign and manage executive dashboards, reporting tools, templates, and business intelligence systems to support data-driven decision-makingResearch and implement AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and scale operations across the organizationOversee contract management, key deadlines, and recurring operational priorities, providing proactive insights and recommendations to leadershipManage project execution within Monday.com, ensuring visibility, structure, and accountability across all initiativesCoordinate cross-functional work by facilitating meetings, maintaining documentation, and driving follow-through to ensure completionOwn governance of internal data, proprietary processes, and operational documentation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibilityLead change management efforts by ensuring systems, SOPs, and documentation are updated, approved, and implemented across the organizationServe as Monday.com subject matter expert, optimizing workflows, automations, reporting, and user adoption through training and supportSupport IT and operations teams in maintaining structured, secure systems including SharePoint and other internal platformsMaintain Executive Operations SOPs and documentation standards, including version control, naming conventions, and system organizationConduct research and synthesize insights to support executive decision-making and strategic initiativesManage executive calendars, scheduling, agendas, and briefing materials to ensure leadership readinessSupport planning and coordination of company events, including meetings, summits, trainings, and conferencesCoordinate travel logistics for staff attending company events, trainings, and conferencesSupport new branch launches and expansions, including research, scorecards, planning, and cross-functional coordinationOversee operational setup for new locations, including logistics, procurement of furnishings and supplies, and readiness activitiesEducation And ExperienceA minimum of 8 years of executive-level administrative support or project management experience requiredExperience in a growth-stage or fast-paced environment preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills requiredDemonstrated discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling confidential information required.Experience in the in-home care, medical, or similar field highly valuedExperience in project management systems such as Monday.com highly valuedExperience in Care Management Platforms such as Axiscare highly valuedRequirementsROLE QUALIFICATIONSHave a high value for innovation, streamlined processes and efficiency Demonstrate a pro-active and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to demonstrate self-management and take initiativeHave excellent written and oral communication articulation in EnglishDemonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and documentationPossess intuitive. strategic, and organized project management skills Have excellent professional collaboration skills and team mindsetHave a results-driven, task-oriented approachUtilize excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skillsHave proficiency with technology and electronic devicesDemonstrate sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism and excellent customer serviceDemonstrate strong commitment to compliance Knowledge of best practices for handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulationsAdministrative specialty in related field – whether accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, leadership, sales, marketing, business development, medical scheduling, staffing, care coordinator or coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, office manager or management, business manager or management, human resources, or operations a bonusExperience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonusResponsibilitiesCOMPREHENSIVE WELLNESS PORTFOLIO - In your role with Caring for Others, you’re responsible for upholding, executing, and supporting our mission.
