Position: Supervisor – Sterile ProcessingLocation: Loxahatchee, FL (near Wellington & Royal Palm Beach)Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent)Schedule: Day Shift (No Weekends)Openings: 1About the Facility:This is a 204-bed acute care hospital offering a wide range of services including emergency care, women's and newborn services, Level II NICU, children's services, outpatient rehabilitation, orthopedics, robotics, and interventional radiology. The hospital is also recognized as a Primary Stroke Center and serves the Palm Beach County community.Key Responsibilities:Oversee sterile processing operations (decontamination, assembly, sterilization, distribution)Manage staff workflow, scheduling, and productivityEnsure compliance with standards (Joint Commission, OSHA, CDC, AAMI)Perform and validate sterilization quality control testsTrain and mentor staffManage instruments, equipment, and inventoryCollaborate with OR and clinical teamsRequirements:CRCST certification (required)2–3+ years of sterile processing experience (leadership preferred)Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection controlGood leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsHigh School Diploma or GEDCompensation & Benefits:Pay range: $20.00 – $28.50/hour (based on experience)Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000 (subject to approval)Full-time benefits packageThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into or continue in a leadership role with a stable day schedule and no weekend requirement.Please let me know if you would be interested in learning more or moving forward with this opportunity.
