Developer will work on internal product development and client projects. The technology platforms would be Salesforce and common Agentic Platforms and LLM models. The position will be based out of Dublin, CA and will require to work from office 4 days/week. The responsibilities will include:Review project requirements and create Salesforce custom programs or configure Salesforce setupCreate AI agents using opensource stackWork with product managers and business users on requirements discoveryEducate business users on platform capabilities and constraintsCreate low level designConfigure Salesforce to meet business needsCustom coding using AI coding platforms (Apex, force.com, Visualforce, Python, Scripting, AWS LWC, Aura, Open AI, Gemni, Llama)Help with Salesforce release processDevelop System IntegrationCoordinate development activities with India teamQualifications:Must haveBachelors or Associate degree3+ years of software development experience (hands on coding) 2+ years of Salesforce development experience2+ years of experience in Python1+ years of development experience building agentic solutionExpertise in coding using Claude or similar platformGreat communication skillsSelf drivenTeam playerNice to have Experience working with offshore teamUS Citizen or GreencardTravelJob will require some travel within US and outside US.Visa CandidatesWill not sponsor visaCompensationSalary - $90k (includes bonus)Benefits: Full health benefits +3% contribution to 401k + 2 weeks PTOLocation - Dublin, CA - will consider fully remote for qualified candidates.
