The Store Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, manage and support retail staff, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, enforce store policies, and maintain a clean and organized retail environment. Key responsibilities include inventory management, resolving customer inquiries, coaching team members, and contributing to the achievement of sales goals. The Store Supervisor will work closely with the management team to ensure the overall success and efficiency of the store. Qualifications Strong Supervisory and Leadership Skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills to build productive relationships with staff and customers.Experience in Customer Service and Focus on Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive shopping experience.Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills for managing store operations and addressing challenges efficiently.Prior retail or leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory.High school diploma or equivalent with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
